Sheila Jane McKinney
Mrs. Rhode Island United States 2009 Sheila owns a CPA firm specializing in Business Advisory Services, Financial Analysis and Business Re-engineering. Her platform is Empowering Women to Believe and Achieve. She founded a number of community groups including “Shelly’s Smile”, a Volunteer Partnership, formed in 1995 in memory of her first husband; the Dollars and Sense Financial Literacy Group and the “Group Sky” teen mentoring program. Sheila participates in various hunger action organizations and is participating in hunger studies through the national organization, Feeding America. Sheila provides free tax preparation for senior citizens, business and accounting services for community funds and is serving on two community boards as a financial advisor. Sheila is blessed to be able to give back to others and considers it a wonderful responsibility. Mrs. Rhode Island is a marathon runner and is training for her first two triathlons. She is married to her life coach and champion husband, Scott and together they have an amazing daughter, Alexa. Her son, Justin, recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from Cornell University and he is planning on attending medical school in the fall.
