Russian-born, now a naturalized US citizen, Dasha Estalilla is blessed to represent the married women of The Last Frontier State. Together with her husband Alex, an elementary school teacher, they will celebrate their 8th wedding anniversary in August. Dasha jokingly calls herself “the CEO of the Estalilla household”, since being a homemaker and a mother of three – Silas 6, Isabelle 3, and Maximus 2 (with the last two born only11 months apart) - is her full-time job.

Making her home in Anchorage, AK she enjoys snowboarding, biking, flower gardening, wild mushroom picking, and baking low-carb desserts. Having been a long-time leader and mentor of a local faith-based discussion group for mothers with young children called “The Mom’s club”,

Dasha has developed and lives out her platform “Passionate Homemaking: making the difference on the home front” as she encourages women to be intentional about what matters most – motherhood and marriage
