Mrs. United States Celebrity Judges for 2011:

	HOWARD JOCHSBERGER - Chairman of Judges: Howard, formerly with Boyd Gaming Corporation since 1979, was Director of Player Development for the company's Suncoast Hotel and Casino. He is also the former Vice President of Marketing for the Fremont Hotel & Casino. The producer of numerous theatrical productions, Jochsberger's most recent “Hello Dere” starring legendary comedian Marty Allen and singing star Karon Kate, performs worldwide and is headed back to Las Vegas for an extended run. Howard has extensive experience as a judge in many Miss, Miss Teen and Mrs. Pageants He was a Nevada Judge for the Miss Universe Pageant and currently serves as Chairman of the Judges for the Mrs.United States Pageant.
	PAULA SHUGART: A communications graduate of Ohio University summa cum laude, with more than 20 years of experience in the television industry, Paula M. Shugart has become a driving force in entertainment television production for domestic and international audiences. Since 1998 she has been President of the Miss Universe Organization, producer of the MISS UNIVERSE®, MISS USA® and MISS TEEN USA® Pageants (MUO), garnering great success with “out of the box” cross-promotional concepts. From 1982 to 2002 Paula was based in Los Angeles and developed a specialty in live television production such as Academy Awards, Star Search, and Madonna’s Blond Ambition Tour as well as daytime’s Mike & Maty and the pilot of the Donny and Marie Show. She is currently an active member of the Directors Guild of America and the Producers Guild of America.
	JIM GIBSON: Jim Gibson is an EMMY Award winning TV host, seasoned professional entertainer and the CEO of Big Talk Media LLC. He has performed in the White House at the Congressional ball for Presidents Reagan and Bush Sr. He won an Emmy award for, “Best Music And Variety Show For A Series.” He has hosted more than 1500 televised pageants throughout the globe has become the most requested pageant host in the world. Gibson appeared on the “big screen” as Associate Producer and voice over announcer for “Rockin The Corps – An American Thank You” (shot at Camp Pendleton), the largest such military concert ever. Gibson is a highly sought after marketing and media consultant. He is also married to Dr. Chiann Fan Gibson, our Mrs. United States 2005.
	DAWN GIBBONS: A graduate of the University of Nevada, Dawn Gibbons is the former First Lady of Nevada and the only one to have been a state Legislator. Dawn has fought for many important causes AND was named Assemblywoman of the Year by the Nevada Police Protective Association. Twice.. She has many accolades including Business and Professional Women Woman of the Year, Who’s Who in Business, Who’s Who in Politics, and the Attorney General’s Role Model of the Year. Dawn helped propel the Crystal Darkness anti-Meth program worldwide and has served on boards such as American Red Cross, Children’s Cabinet, Westcare, and Positively Kids. She is now with KSNV NEWS 3, KRNV NEWS 4, and KENV NEWS 10 as Director of Community and Public Relations. Dawn is most proud of her son, Navy Ensign, and student aviator, Jimmy Gibbons.
	JEFFREY ROTH, MD: Dr. Roth is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery, and the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He currently serves as the President of the Las Vegas Plastic Surgical Society. Dr Roth’s private practice garners “Best Doctor” awards for his work from multiple sources. He enjoys an excellent reputation as a plastic surgeon to celebrities, models, showgirls and former beauty contest winners and he has recently become involved in the professional boxing world, repairing the wounds of several world champions. Dr Roth manages to find time to be involved in numerous medical, charitable, and educational activities and is also a well known author and lecturer.

The Pageant's Team:

Howard Jochsberger: Howard has been with Boyd Gaming Corporation since 1979.  Currently, he is the Director of Player Development for the company's Suncoast Hotel & Casino.  He is the former Vice President of Marketing for the Fremont Hotel & Casino.  The producer of numerous theatrical productions, Jocksberger's most recent "Hello Dere", starring legendary comedian Marty Allen and signing star Karon Kate, just completed a very successful run in Las Vegas.  Howard has extensive experience as a judge in many Miss and Miss Teen Pageants.  He has served as Chairman of the Judges for the Mrs. United States Pageant, Miss USA Pageant and the Miss Clark County Pageant.
Master of Ceremonies - Jay Joseph For the past 28 years, Jay has been performing on both coasts in musical theater, production shows, headlining with his own act on several cruise lines, as well as performing on television and radio.  He most recently appeared as Billy Flynn in a National Tour of Chicago and currently performs at the Suncoast Hotel & Casino in The Hit Parade and is happy to be Emcee for the United States Pageants since 2004.
Choreographer - Natalie Carsono Natalie is very excited to be part of this pageant as the choreographer. Her 26 years in the pageant industry have included participant, lead emcee/vocalist, judge, choreographer and production assistant.  She has been a professional entertainer for over 15 years.  Recently she was an opening act for Lionel Ritchie and has performed on PBS, HBO and CBS.  Natalie has been the featured singer in Viva Las Vegas at the stratosphere.  Honkey Tonk Angels at the Gold Coast, Studio 54 at the MGM Grand and has toured internationally with Legends In Concert as a singer/dancer.  She is currently a choreographer and geatured singer in a vintage vocal trio called the "Swing City Dolls" (www.swingcitydolls.com).  Natalie is trained in singing, theater and all aspects of dance and has been a lead emcee, production assistant and vhoreographer with the Arizona and International Cinderella Scholarship Program for over 15 years.  Natalie has also been choreographer and production assistant for the Jr. Teen, Teen, Miss and Ms. United States Pageants in Las Vegas.  She is looking forward to working with all of the Mrs. United States Delegates this week.  Good Luck Ladies!
