Howard Jochsberger

Howard has been with Boyd Gaming Corporation since 1979. Currently, he is Director of Player Development for the company’s Suncoast Hotel & Casino. He is the former Vice President of Marketing for the Fremont Hotel & Casino. The producer of numerous theatrical productions, Jochsberger’s most recent “Hello Dere,” starring legendary comedian Marty Allen and singing star Karon Kate, just completed a very successful run in Las Vegas. Howard has extensive experience as a judge in many Miss and Miss Teen Pageants. He has served as Chairman of the Judges for the Mrs. United States Pageant, Miss USA Pageant and the Miss Clark County Pageant.

Master of Ceremonies - Jay Joseph

For the past 28 years, Jay has been performing on both coasts in musical theater, production shows, headlining with his own act on several cruise lines, as well as performing on television and radio. He most recently appeared as Billy Flynn in a National Tour of Chicago and currently performs at the Suncoast Hotel & Casino in The Hit Parade and is happy to be Emcee for the United States Pageants since 2004.

In addition to performing, Jay owns and operates ATOM Las Vegas, an interactive event and entertainment company. His troupe performs for local Restaurants, Hotels & Casinos, Corporate & Convention events and Team Building and was featured on seven Royal Caribbean Cruise ships.

Choreographer - Natalie Carsono

Natalie is very excited to be part of this pageant as the choreographer. Her 26 years in the pageant industry have included participant, lead emcee/vocalist, judge, choreographer and production assistant.  She has been a professional entertainer for over 15 years. Recently she was an opening act for Lionel Ritchie and has performed on PBS, HBO and CBS. Natalie has been the featured singer in Viva Las Vegas at the stratosphere. Honkey Tonk Angels at the Gold Coast, Studio 54 at the MGM Grand and has toured internationally with Legends In Concert as a singer/dancer. She is currently a choreographer and featured singer in a vintage vocal trio called the “Swing City Dolls” (www. swingcitydolls.com). Natalie is trained in singing, theater and all aspects of dance and has been a lead emcee, production assistant and choreographer with the Arizona and International Cinderella Scholarship Program for over 15 years. Natalie has also been choreographer and production assistant for the Jr. Teen, Teen, Miss and Ms. United States pageants in Las Vegas.  She is looking forward to working with all of the Mrs. United States delegates this week.
